Terms and Conditions

Errors:

While we strive for our web site to be error free, mistakes do happen in descriptions, prices, or shipping quotes. In the rare case that a cost adjustment is needed due to an error, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution. We reserve the right to correct errors. You will have the chance to cancel your order.

Damage:

For damaged items please save all items and packaging materials and contact us immediately. All damage must be reported within one week of receipt of merchandise.

Return Policy:

Please contact us for a returns form. No returns without Authorization.
Returns are gladly accepted within 15 days from the day you receive your items
Items returned in new, unused condition, and in original packaging with boxes with all tags attached with a valid receipt will receive a full refund less any shipping charges (see exceptions below).

Returns have to be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the order, and must be sent to our warehouse or as instructed on the return authorization. Please send your returns in a track-able insured manner (UPS, Fed-EX, or Insured Priority Mail). Customer pays return shipping charges. Shipping Charges will not be refunded. (see exceptions below).
All products being returned must be 100% complete and have all original tags attached. A restocking fee of $25 will be charged in the event that any items included in the original package are not present in the returned package (excluding sample lotions, inserts, etc. )
Items returned without a return authorization will be refused and/or will incur a 20% restocking fee and you will incur shipping charges both ways.
Please do not refuse any items that are shipped to you. Refused or un-deliverable items accrue a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges.

Return Exceptions:

1. In-store sales and pick-up may be returned within 15 days with valid receipt. All products being returned must be 100% complete, undamaged and have all original tags attached. A restocking fee of $25 will be charged in the event that any items included in the original package are not present in the returned package (excluding sample lotions, inserts, etc. )
2. Jewelry has a 5-business day return window from the day you receive it to the day you ship it back.
3. Bath & Body, Candles and Caldrea products are not returnable.

Shipping Policy:

Free shipping is valid only on ground shipments to one location within the contiguous 48 states. Must provide street address for free shipping. We will not ship to a PO Box. In order to facilitate your shipments, we will choose the carrier of our choice (in the same class of service), regardless of which was selected.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

Order Totals $0.01-$30.00= $6.95
Order Totals $30.01-$50.00=$9.95
Order Totals $50.01-$100.00= $12.95
Order Totals $100.01= FREE

Exception:

We reserve the right to charge shipping on returned orders because of wrong addresses, or for multiple returns of purchases. Refused or un-deliverable items accrue a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges. Shipping expenses can be quite high, and we strive to keep our costs low to offer you the best possible prices.

Cancellations:

We will make every effort to accommodate your request to cancel or change your order. Unfortunately we cannot change orders once they have been packaged for shipping.
Please do not refuse any items that are shipped to you. Refused items accrue a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges.
Please do not return any items without a Merchandise Return Authorization number , they will not be accepted by our warehouse, and you will accrue shipping charges both ways from the shipping company you used.
